This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") explains how Taille Solutions, Inc. ("Taille" or "we") collects and processes information from members and users of the website, software applications, and other online services we provide (collectively "Taille's products"). Taille's products include, but are not limited to, the Taille extension for web browsers (the "Extension")and the website located at https://www.mytaille.com/ (the "Website"), collectively, (the "Services").
To the extent that Taille has links to other websites (like retailers), please note that we do not own, operate, or control them, and they have their own controlling privacy policies that you should review.
In order to provide our Services, Taille collects information that you share directly with us when you use the Services.
During the registration process we may collect your name, email address, IP address, your device's unique ID (where available), member password and other registration information. We also collect physical measurements, size preferences, and previous sizing information to help provide accurate recommendations across different brands.
We may also collect any other information you provide when you communicate with Taille through email or other means.
If you choose to link a social media profile (like Google) at sign-in, Taille will store this information for login purposes. Linking your social media profile grants Taille access to the profile, but only to the extent allowed by your permission settings, that social media platform's terms of service, and this Privacy Statement. We do not track your social media activity or post anything on your behalf.
We collect information about your apparel purchases on retail sites when using Taille as well as shopping activity and sizing preferences on our merchants, partners, sites or businesses that our users interact with for the purpose of obtaining accurate size recommendations ("Partners and Merchants").
We collect this information to provide Taille members with better size recommendations while shopping online and to help us develop, improve, and market our Services. This may include data such as:
To understand how you engage with our Services, we use common digital tools that allow us to see if you opened an email we sent, visited a link in those emails, or generally interacted with Taille as a result of our marketing efforts.
On retail sites, Taille collects the name of the retailer, page views, and in some cases, product information that allows us to track sizing standards and update our fit recommendations. We may also collect information regarding your purchases on a retail site while using Taille (for example, the selected size, and whether an item was returned due to fit issues) for purposes including internal analytics, fit accuracy improvement, and managing size predictions. The information enables us to improve our products and gives us insights about sizing patterns, fit preferences, and availability of items, which we can offer to the rest of the Taille community. We may also use this information to understand your sizing history, merchant and shopping preferences to provide you with more tailored, relevant recommendations or show personalized product offers that may interest you when you use the Services.
When you are on a retailer's site that offers the Services, Taille will collect information about that site that lets us know which sizes and brands to recommend for you.

This lets us look at interactions with our site and products generally and does not identify you or any specific person. If you would like to delete your profile or personal information, you can always ask us by emailing privacy@mytaille.com. We will delete any personal information we have, although the following exceptions apply: (1) we may still store your personal information if we need it to meet our legal or compliance obligations and/or to defend against legal claims; and (2) we may also continue to store your personal data in an aggregated and anonymized format that doesn't identify you and can't be attributed to you, even after you've deleted your profile.
If you use Taille, you have some rights when it comes to your data depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside and subject to applicable exceptions and definitional differences among various state laws. The rights that you may have include the following:

Certain state laws also provide residents of those states with the right to opt out of the "sale" (disclosing personal information in exchange for money or other consideration) or "sharing" (disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising) of your personal information or use of your personal information for certain types of target advertising. Global Privacy Control settings is a browser setting that notifies website owners of users' privacy preferences regarding selling or sharing their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, you (or your authorized agent) can contact us through the "Contact us" webform on our Help page (help.taille.com) or by email at privacy@mytaille.com. For requests to delete, know, obtain a copy or correct, we will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days, and will provide a response to you within 45 days of your request, though in some exceptional cases it might take longer (if that happens, we'll let you know). We may ask you to provide us with information, such as your name and email address, necessary to reasonably verify your identity before responding to your request. We will compare the information you submit against our internal business records to verify your identity. If we can't verify your identity, we will not be able to fulfill your request. If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may have the right to appeal the decision. In such circumstances, we will provide you with information regarding the appeals process. That said, we will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Taille is designed to be used by adults over the age of 18. Taille does not market to, or collect Personal Information from minors, in particular, children under the age of 13. Children should always get permission from a parent or guardian before sharing any Personal Information (such as names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers) to anyone over the Internet.
